Our Simple and Easy Process

 Call to initiate service placed by customer.

  1. An authorization form with customer information and details about the leak is sent via email or fax for approval to the customer.
  2. Upon receipt of authorization form from our customer, we schedule a technician to make the necessary repairs.
  3. After the repairs are made, we will send out a summary of the repairs made along with before and after repair photos of the repairs made.
  4. Within a couple weeks after repair, a call will be made to the customer to check in on the repairs made.
