Our company was founded in 1976 by David A. Damschroder, sole proprietor, as a light residential/commercial contracting company. Damschroder Construction operates primarily in the northwest corner of Ohio with Fremont being our headquarters. Our normal service range is 100 miles.

In 1985 the Duro-Last roofing membrane line was added to our list of specialties and since that time our company has installed over 1,200 successful roof systems. Sizes of the installations range from as large as 202,000 sq. ft. at the Ampoint Industrial Park in Perrysburg, Ohio to as small as 1,000 sq. ft. on a local travel agency. Our annual sales have steadily increased since 1985 and installations have now surpassed 10 million square feet of installed Duro-Last membrane.

This growth is due to the quality of workmanship by our company as well as our commitment to customer satisfaction. Our company is interested in making a Duro-Last Roof System for you and will help with any project that you may have.
